Hi, I'm Anie aka "Anie Body", the wandering black sheep of a dysfunctional broken family. I'm a solo parent, teacher, mover and healer who's come to shake things up, help balance our earth and break the cycles of generational pain and suffering. I'm also a reflection of you, and truly believe that

I've overcome a load of adventures, survival, and obstacles that lead me to battle with diagnoses like CTPSD and fibromyalgia, to name a couple. Determined to return to homeostasis and live a harmonious, balanced life, I've begun to really hone in on these holistic healing techniques that I've attained throughout the years. It's been such a challenging, and yet an incredibly rewarding journey; learning so much about myself, our intelligent temple bodies and the messages they're constantly conveying.

My mission is to be a wonderful role model for my child, to continue learning, embodying wellness and to share this healing work with those who wish to improve their wellbeing; holding accessible spaces to assist you in your own self healing journey, because we all deserve to heal and we're capable of doing so.

Former NPC National Bikini Fitness Athlete, Certified Pole Dance and Aerial Yoga Instructor, Certified Ecstatic Dance Facilitator, and most recently becoming a student in Qigong and Taichi.
