Reiki is a non-invasive energy practice that works with life force vitality_often called Chi, Prana or Universal Energy. This life force flows through and around the body, animating all living beings. When it moves through the body freely, we tend to feel balanced and resilient. When it becomes stagnant or depleted - through stress, trauma or chronic overwhelm - we feel disconnected, fatigued or out of alignment.
Reiki supports the restoration of this flow. Rather than forcing change, it invites the nervous system to soften and feel safe, allowing the body's innate intelligent capacity to recalibrate and heal. Many people experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation or subtle clarity during a session. Others simply feel more grounded and rested.

Distance Reiki follows the same principles as in-person sessions, but without physical proximity. Working from the understanding that life force energy is not bound by time or space, sessions can be transmitted across distance through focused intention and attunement.
During a distance session, you rest comfortably in your own environment while I hold the energetic container from mine. Many people find this allows for deeper relaxation, as they are already in a familiar and safe space.
The work is subtle, yet often deeply profound.

Reiki offers a gentle entry point into healing - one that doesn't require effort, performance, pushing or even belief. This holistic modality is especially supportive for those navigating:
